Cheesy Corn and Spinach Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Creamy Spinach Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mohini Bhog Aata
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste

For the Dough

  • 2 cups Mohini Bhog Aata
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp oil

For the Pizza Topping

  • Pizza sauce as required
  • Creamy spinach sauce as prepared above
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Boiled sweet corn kernels as required
  • Mixed herbs as per taste
  • Chilli flakes as per taste

Directions

  1. To prepare the creamy spinach sauce, melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic till translucent.
  2. Add Mohini Bhog Aata and cook for a minute. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the spinach is soft and the sauce thickens. Set aside.
  4. For the dough, mix Mohini Bhog Aata, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, dahi, and oil in a bowl.
  5. Knead into a soft dough, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  7. Roll out the dough into pizza bases of desired size on a floured surface.
  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base, followed by a layer of creamy spinach sauce.
  9. Sprinkle boiled corn kernels, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and generous mozzarella cheese topping.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese melts.
  11. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
