Cheesy Corn and Spinach Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Creamy Spinach Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp Mohini Bhog Aata
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder as per taste
For the Dough
- 2 cups Mohini Bhog Aata
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- ⅛ tbsp baking powder
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp oil
For the Pizza Topping
- Pizza sauce as required
- Creamy spinach sauce as prepared above
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Boiled sweet corn kernels as required
- Mixed herbs as per taste
- Chilli flakes as per taste
Directions
- To prepare the creamy spinach sauce, melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic till translucent.
- Add Mohini Bhog Aata and cook for a minute. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the spinach is soft and the sauce thickens. Set aside.
- For the dough, mix Mohini Bhog Aata, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, dahi, and oil in a bowl.
- Knead into a soft dough, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the dough into pizza bases of desired size on a floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base, followed by a layer of creamy spinach sauce.
- Sprinkle boiled corn kernels, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and generous mozzarella cheese topping.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese melts.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
