Four Fold Wheat Tortilla Wrap Recipe

Ingredients
For the Tortilla
- 2 cups Mohini Bhog Aata with Multigrains
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
For the Filling
- Pav bhaji (as required)
- Garlic chutney (as required)
- 1 onion, sliced
- Cheese (as required)
- Mayonnaise (as required)
- 1 aloo tikki (potato patty)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves (as required)
- 1 banana, sliced
- Jam (as required)
- Dry fruits (optional, for garnish)
- Chocolate (optional, for garnish)
- Schezwan potatoes (optional)
- Schezwan chutney (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix Mohini Bhog Aata with salt and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide dough into equal portions and roll them into thin tortillas on a floured surface.
- Heat a skillet and cook each rolled tortilla on both sides until light brown spots appear. Set aside.
- To assemble, spread pav bhaji on a tortilla, followed by garlic chutney, sliced onion, cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Add aloo tikki, tomato slices, lettuce, and optional schezwan potatoes or chutney, as desired.
- Fold the tortilla into four folds to wrap all fillings securely.
- Garnish with sliced banana, jam, dry fruits, or chocolate as per taste.
- Serve immediately with extra chutneys or sauces of choice.
